Usually I get great service at this garage and today I was at Pump just 10mins ago and they took forever to help me. Came to top up with R100 as my vehicle reads kilometers when buying fuel after leaving the garage and tipping the attendant R10 I the indicator did not change meaning the petrol wasnt pumped. Im really disappointed and the attendant was Ludwe. Shell garage at False Bay on the N2

Last real stop before one enters Cape Town proper. Has a steers restaurant and the convenience store has a vida e cafe /bakery.Toilets were spotless and they have an ATM inside for safe transactions.

Petrol attendants are very helpful and friendly, wish I could say the same for the casher inside. She is completely clueless and utterly rude. Training is needed for her as she doesnt know how and what the shell V-card is used for. Disgusted at her service

Hands down the best service I have ever received at a petrol station, the attendant checked oil, water, brake and transmission fluid. Both transmission and brake fluids were low and he really saved me on that, because my service wasnt due for some time.

I think Ultra City should stock more outdoor utensils and equipment, those that you can purchase on way out of town. And for those things thats you forgot to get on your checklist and realize you need them for your outdoor and/ or holiday destination.

Xolani at Vida e Caffé was extremely friendly and has a great sense of humor. This is a great place to grab a Chai Latte on the go, with a complementary mini slab 70% cocoa.

We as BIKERS get together here on Sundays on our way for breakfast runs.Enjoy coffee an fill bikes with petrol.

A trap for expensive expensive and terribly unimaginative corporate convenience offering - Useful for the fuel and a pee but OMG - not the shop. Totally soul-less and uninspiring. Corporates will never have imagination, it is killed on the first application interview by the HR person and it shows
