FNB as a bank in general is a huge disappointment. I had an overdraft account for the amount of R16000. In 2015 I went under debt review and my debt review company Debt Rescue started paying money into that account in Dec 2015. In Aug 2016 FNB converted that account and changed the account number without consulting me or Debt Rescue. An amount of R14000 has been paid to them already, which they are claiming as fees and intrest. They also say they received no payment on the overdraft and want another R25 000 for that account. This without informing anyone of the account number change or not receiving payments for 4 years (which is a lie the money was paid to the cheque account which now apperently is fees and interest). They keep saying they will investigate but dont come with any facts of what they are doing to fix their mistake. Or they send me snarky emails that avoids them taking responsibility at all. If you are under debt review, know someone who is or is considering it please be careful. I have heard that there are a huge amount of complaints already. You could fall into this trap next.
No direction boards for under parking therefore causing confusion to someone like myself visiting Cape Town. Also, your rates said 0-1 hour costs R16.00 but we got to pay R20.00 for being there less than an hour. If prices have increased dont you think you should update your boards? Also, since we are not from CT, it would be helpful to place what is available on each floor so that one can know which store is on which floor.
Utterly disgusted. Really, for me to give a place such a low rating...We parked on the 4th floor. We had our baby in her pram with us. After discovering that there is no elevator that can take us to the ground floor to be able to exit the building, we had to walk out the car entrance/exit. On our way back to the car, we had no way of getting back up since there is no elevator (as mentioned before) so we had to enter by the car entrance/exit again. As we started walking in, the guard stopped us (he saw us eciting just a bit earlier) and refused to let us in to fetch our car. He told us to go around and use the elevator. We tried to explain again and again that there is NO elevator on the ground floor. He just kept saying we MUST use the elevator so we asked him to come show us then. He escorted us out and around to the centers entrance and just left us by a different guard there. That guard continued to tell us that we cant enter by the car entrance/exit and that we need to go down the stairs or escalator WITH the pram to the elevators. What the hell?? Eventually, after having to explain the situation over and OVER again, we were allowed to enter by the car entrance/exit.Hot and exhausted after trying to explain what we thought was common knowledge.Really management. Get your act together. We were treated horribly and I will definitely not support you again.
