Great service, the store follows delivery instructions to the T, the food is delicious and they are fast.

No idea what they are doing. Ordered a 515 with beef on the phone. Confirmed with the lady behind the counter upon pickup if it was beef I was told yes. Was charged for beef. Lo and behold when I got home there was nary a beef piece in sight, but was chicken. Second time I have experienced this at a simply asia. Beware to confirm by opening the box and looking at your order because these are apparently the lengths we have to go to. Unfortunately for you simply asia this time I am on leave and have the time to waste to make my way to your store and cause a hullabaloo tomorrow. See you then!

Awesome and delicious food. My favorite is 514. The most imp things is the consistency of the food is maintained in taste. What more can you ask for. Love to visit again

Food is always lovely the staff is always friendly. Only problem is they are a bit pricey. Just wish they could actually lower it a bit that way u can buy more.

Food is not bad, but I have better especially from Simply Asia. Service was fast, friendly and efficient, made it go from 2 to 3 star.The green curry was not full flavoured and medium was almost without chilli, not the taste I expect from Simply Asia. The hot tom yum soup was delicious and was not very hot but still left a tingle on the lips.Thanks for exchanging my rice for veg!

For a Fast Food restaurant - WITH a sushi conveyor belt thats continuously being topped up - waiting 35mins for a Take Away sushi platter is not acceptable.The food is good though.

Simply Asia is a little piece of Asian Heaven. Its a pity they dont have a sushi bar but quality of meals are exceptional. I highly recommend them

I am a regular Simply Asia customer and usually order the 606. To date I have always had the same flavour experience...fantastic. However, today was different....a take away 606 was a tasteless, sweet brown prawn soup with only 2 calamari rings, about 4 cashews and onions. The prawns were not properly deveined. Nothing Thai to speak about - not even a remnant of a lime leaf or those decadent Thai spices. One pays a high price for their meals and expect to experience the red, spicey, flavour-laden meal that you pay for. 1st and last time for me at Cape Gate Simply Asia.

The food is sometimes amazing and sometimes ok. I order the same thing everytime I go there, lol. The meal isnt always tasting the same. But it doesnt stoo me from going back because it is still delicious. 514 for the win.

Im a regular at Simply Asia but this was not a good visit. Only 1 chef in festive season when its very busy and in a rush. So food was not up to scratch. Prawns was raw and not deveined. Not much flavour. Egg fried rice tasted disgusting.

Big pieces of rice.... hardly any salmon, prawns or even avo on my fashion sandwiches. Rather go to Ocean Basket (next door) for sushi.

I wish every mall and shopping centre would have a Simply Asia. I Simply love their dishes... all their dishes!! Open more stores pleeeeease!!

Awful food. All or our veggies were raw, this includes aubergine and mushrooms and our Thai spice option was so over spiced that it became inedible. Never go it this simply Asia, they do not know how to cook food.
