Im always greeted with a friendly smile when I arrive. The mine of information on offer is amazing. Over all, its a must visit if you need anything for your aquarium.

Ive heard many good things about this place but my experience with them has been nothing but underwhelming and their communication is horrible.Its a 35 minute drive for me to get to this place so ideally I had made arrangements with the owner a day in advance and we had agreed on a time (which in itself was a mission as he wanted to liaise over WhatsApp but doesnt respond timely).Notified him when I was on my way (as he had requested) only to get there and find no one available to assist me. Called him while I was there and instead of an apology all I got was excuses and him shifting the blame onto me for not calling him before I came through - like seriously now? He could have at least sent me a message to say something came up and he was unavailable today.Really disappointed with the service received.
