Had great after sales service from Bosch after purchasing their washing machine. We had not installed it correctly which gave an error but they were friendly and efficient and assisted us. Also bought a Bosch tumble dryer and loving it. So quiet and the towels are super soft.

I attend the cooking and baking classes at the showroom for the experience. There is no better way than to touch feel and prepare treats and food with a future kitchen appliance or accessory. The ultimate education of how to operate and care for your kitchen as you do for your family. The Showroom have a lot more to offer and exceeds our expectations. Thank you Bosch for the way in which you guide us, your clients.

Will not even give it a 1....Pathetic and utterly worst ever customer experience for after sales service. Electrocall as Boschs CT agent are the worst company to deal with. Dont know how Bosch can use them as a reputable outsource partner. Will not buy another Bosch appliance as a result and recommend no one to purchase as their after sales service are terrible to say the least. Dont ever use Electrocall

Staff were super helpful and have extensive product knowledge on their product line.

Bosch does not supply very reliable products as they seem to break down before the warranty expires and they back this up with poor service delivery!
