Cape Town office lacks customer service. Does not follow up on anything, I had to phone them numerous times for some sort of feedback. The technician sent me a whatsapp message on Saturday afternoon for an appointment, I was not even aware of the fact that the parts arrived. Up to now no one at mastercare contacted me.

Called in for my washing machine that was not working, gave them a description of what happened before it broke. They came with parts and were able to fix it the same day that they were booked for an assessment.

Quick to follow up on payment, but ignore whatsapps and emails when you follow up on delivery etc. 2 stars only because the agent who came out to fix machine was professional and quick.

After 8 weeks my Bosh washing machine still not fixed. First diagnoses and repair was a disaster. Now I Am waiting - again - for parts. Can anybody call this service?? This is the core product of your business guys!

I have been dealing with Mastercare for many years and always received friendly and professional service.Unfortunately they could not assist with my faulty microwave oven, due to parts being unavailable.I have to add that even the manufacturer said that parts are not available.I will continue to deal with Mastercare,they are The Appliance Doctors.

Very happy with the service received, superfast call-out to fix my washing machine, effective communication and professional customer service. I will use Mastercare again if any appliance need fixing!

Cannot contact.. Do not respond to their web site chat, emails, their phones do not work.. I have tried to book a repair 3 times now... NOTHING.. Wil have to find a new repair center

Address on Google is incorrectbas of today so I had an issue finding the place. They however did a good job fixing my JBL horizon radio on the same day. The notifications were very informative.

Waiting and waiting for my washing machine!

One of your technicians removed appliances from my house to be repaired at your offices, he also took 2 tvs of my brother that he was going to fix. We were told that we needed to pay upfront for the repairs however the guy is giving us the run around for the past 2 months now. I have demanded my money back as well as my appliances but he keeps saying that he will be by me next week. I enquired about him at your cape Town office and no knows him, yet he was sent to me via my insurer. He did my quote and only that appliance was repaired by another technician. Please look into this as I about to lay a criminal charge of theft against your employee.S.F

Logged a call for a fridge repair and never heard from them again.

I recently had my HK speaker repaired here. Turns out the battery needed replacing. The service was incredibly efficient and well priced. I thoroughly enjoyed being kept in the loop via sms during the entire customer journey. Well done guys! Keep up the great work and professionalism.

Mastercare Cape Town is the worst Im waiting 5 weeks for a part for my washing machine .Ive made 100 of phone calls only to receive a message from them yesterday that your part has been order urgently after 5 weeks

No customer parking, also feel unsafe
