So unprofessional, I have talked to this guy about Noise and disrespect the tenantsHe is so annoying 🤮Please the Owner of Number 12 or The Argent have to Interview tenants when they are getting the House Lease

Nice apartments and they are secure which means a lot in Woodstock. There is a Pool which is great. I only have 1 complaint, who ever built the outside stairs should be bound and shot because none of then are the same height making moving in and out a right pain.

The best part about the complex is that its located centrally, so transport will never be an issue. Its two blocks away from 2 myciti bus stops, and a short walk away from the main road where you can catch a taxi going into town if you dont have your own car. The traffic isnt so bad during rush hour.There are restaurants, markets and Shoprite on the main road as well so you can do your basic shopping if you dont feel like going to town. Complex is also relatively quiet so you dont have to worry about noise. Safety is great within the complex, and the area is safe in general as well.

I lived there for 4 years, on the first floor next to the Oakwood name theres a wooden curtain like, just below is the swimming pool. The place is quiet, lovable, its located near Salisburys and Ruth Prowse School of art one of the prestigious arts schools in Cape Town.
