Its safety and nice place, very quiet

I really loved the place, the apartment was nice and cozy, my host Amilcar was very nice, patient and friendly and he responds very quickly when there’s something I needed to ask❤️

Well built on the inside maybe but not on the outside. There’s always a pipe burst, resulting in no water until maintenance can get it temporarily fixed. Also, tenants rarely get any peace and quite because alot of the units are rented out as air bnbs so theres always noise and disturbances going on so... Very disappointing.

Terrible management. Completely incompetent and absolutely no idea on how to run the place

Not recommended......always having an issue with the water pipes which leaves tenants with no water for sometimes the whole day.No proper sound proofing which doesnt help when you have noisy people in the building..you can even hear a TV in the next unit- THROUGH THE WALLSThere is mould growing on the walls inside the unit.No security cameras.Faulty Fire alarm system- it goes off at any time during the day or night.

Very disappointed, we booked a room for 1 night when we got to the hotel we were told to go get a key at Gardens, we got the key and when we got to our room it was not good as what it looks like on pictures the walls were dirty as if there were people living there and the were broken chairs put on the balcony, windows were dirty, no towels on bathroom, no chairs to relax by the pool as it is showed on the pictures.....I didnt enjoy my 1 night stay there and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!
