Seascape Mews is a tranquil residential complex where children can still play outside and have fun. With the large areas of grass around the units there is plenty space for them to run around. The units are modern with an open plan layout and granite tops.There is ample parking for residents and visitors alike. Seascape Mews is conveniently situated 1.5km from the beach and restaurants. With the new Checkers shopping complex opening in late 2017 shopping will literally be a stone throw away.The complex is situated off the main road through Gordons Bay which leads straight up to the N2. Overall with the view and easy access to the area Seascape Mews is a great place to stay.

No pets allowed. Okay sized units. Can hear upstairs neighbors shift around. Kids are very loud. Kids have also damage the car. Have experienced problems with mildew. I dont recommended someone to rent an unit here

Safe, quite and beautifully affordable complex

Be warned: Crime is high in Seascape Mews. Someone broke into our flat here a few days ago and expensive possessions were stolen. We also learned that there have been a total of 22 other break-ins in Seascape Mews in just a few months.There is no security to patrol the grounds at night. The electric fences arent even working. Not only that, weve been living here for a year and we still dont have shaded parking. Avoid renting here if you can.
