Just moved here recently and Love it,always clean an tidy. Theres a park direct opposite where the kids can play and also a nice swimming pool. I must say the lady Lucille is friendly and always deliver excellent service. Thank you Rondebosch Close,well done👌❤

Its good.mostly working people with small families live there but it is a secure face where kids can easily play outside house also while they r safe as well.will recommend

Still new, difficult to access in, I m sure once the construction is completed it will be a nice place,

Centrally located in the Cape suburbs of Rondebosch. Close to many amenities. Kiddies park right on the doorstep. Good shopping centre s , hospitals, golf courses , schools , all within 5 minutes walk or drive.R

Great safety for accommodation

Flats are securely located and a great location to live in. It has a swimming pool as well
