Stunning appartments, little small though.Round the corner to Sea Points Night Life

This should be a 0 (zero) star. I stayed at SARATOGA 303, Sea Point, Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa; managed by airManaged. I was supposed to be there from Aug 9 to 19 but left on Aug 14, 2019. Do not stay at this apartment!!!! Horrible management (airManaged). I booked it through Expedia-AARP and it was the worst travel decision I have ever made in my over 30 years of traveling. The problems:1. The elevator was not working from Day 1. I was on the 3rd floor with 6 sets of stairs. At my age and with bad knees, I had to walk up the stairs multiple times even when checking in with luggage and with groceries.2. There were ants all over the apartment and the apartment building staff told me to use wet paper towels to kill them. No attempt to come and fix the problem.3. On Day 3, the electricity went off. I thought that it was due to the bad weather and went to sleep thinking it will be back soon. Woke up next day, still no electricity. I spent over $300 stocking up the fridge and most of the food went bad. Found out that token was used for the electricity and the apartment did not add sufficient tokens. I had to climb on a chair to add the token sent to me for electricity.4. The TV went off. Alerted the building staff who said I needed to now be a technician to fix the TV.5. The entrance wall has mold from water damage (see photo).I could not take it any longer and left on Aug 14. This was a disaster. Despite all the problems I had, the apartment manager refused to refund for the days that I did not stay at SARATOGA 303.DO NOT EVER BOOK SARATOGA 303 or book any hotel by AirManaged. Expedia-AARP was also not helpful, but that is another story. Stay away from AirManaged.

Shocking!! I would not reccomend this acc. Piles of dirty hair in the bath plug. Soiled linen. Broken toilet seat. Had to make several calls to get in as no proper arrangement for keys Lift extremely dodgy and noisy all night. If we were not so tired, would have gone somewhere else!!!!

Very well located in Sea Point region. I recommend.
