Nice Complex. Apartments are a decent size, but they are not equal sizes. Most apartments have a garage at their disposal. Has great communal areas, but not ideal for ball games. Security is great. Very quiet, but the N1 makes quite a lot of noise during the day and night.

Well maintaned gated complex with good sized 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Garages, under shadecloth and open secure parking inside the complex. 24 hr security guards, electric fencing and monitored CCTV. A stones throw from Cape Gate Mall and Medi Clinic, Glen Garry Shopping Centre. Pick & Pay Hypermarket and Food Lovers just down Brackenfell Boulevard. Very easy access to N1 to Cape Town and R300 as well as outgoing to Paarl. Aroma Park Village is a really very nice place to call home.
