I have a friend who lives in here and the security men greet me every time and are very friendly and helpful. The lobby is always clean and the architecture gives a great impression. The apartments are lovely, very modern but cozy as well.

They are not good they rob me R15 after dropping a client in the premise to The terrace they ask me to pay R15 please if may i ask is it possible to pay something like that ...if .The terrace building charge me i can understand why why why why i need my R15 and i need it.
Clean and neat, nicely planned and spacious apartments. Cool restaurants and very close to cavendish.
