I lived there for 5 years and left there 3 months ago, nice place to live

Stay away from this place unless you like partying 24/7 and like to get sandwiched in-between the most popular drug den of Bellville. Always constant shouting and disregard for the peace and mind of others. You will risk getting shot at one point if you get caught in the crossfire and mayhem of this so called apartment complex. More like a breeding ground and a safe space for people with no regard for any but just themselves. Good luck if you are moving there soon...

The peoples that stay here is very friendly and helpful and the place have got 24 our security.

This one of the most popular drug/prostitution hostspots in the Bellville Area. The complex houses a lot of brothels and drug dens. There are usually drug dealers standing right outside the gate most of the day and at night. The complex is also quite dirty inside. However the complex itself is secure for residents and there are very few security incidents in the area - probably because the drug dealers know its bad for business.
