We love this place, although it might look noisy from outside, it is fairly quite especially on the D and C blocks that face towards the rail way. Very secure, probably too secure, neat, swimming pool is well maintained, the wait time for a lift is less than 15sec. Close to Cavendish, Virgin active and all the nice restaurants and clubs.

I visited a one bedroom flat for sale with Sothebys International Realty for R1,275,000. Great location. This apartment comes with two parking spaces, one with its own title deed. It is north facing, with an eastern view from the bedroom. Block had a pool, 24hr security guards and card access. Great for students and professionals.

Beautiful apartments with friendly and helpful staff. If you are a visitor they will help you with parking but the guest has to come fetch you, you can not go up by yourself (good for security purposes).
