I visited the manager of this complex. She showed me a few apartments for sale. I was very impressed with the security. Excellent Security. Lovely Pool and very relaxed vibe in this complex.

Best Residential apartments for young couples and singles. Although you can live with family but not big.

I visit my friend here from time to time. Nice complex. Safe and clean. Security staff are relatively friendly when signing in.

Recently moved to Palm Springs and am very happy! The security guards are very polite and strict with access control. Only allowed entrance with valid ID and license disc is scanned. Great views of table mountain and lions head! Well kept gardens. Bore hole in operation. Great swimming pool, day creche and gym. Excellent value for money. The manager and body corporate are doing a fantastic job.

Im impressed...I rocked up at security (as the Owner) I wasnt allowed in without identification and also I hadnt loaded my finger print for Access yet.Nor did I arrange a scheduled visit prior to rocking up, since I was in the area...Youll get in by appointment with the Owner or Tenant only!The security is TIGHT but its a very good thing!!Well done guys 👦👏🏽👍🏽

Great place. Relatively secure. Comes with a gym thats open 24/7. Nested between century city and the town centre, as a resident your just a stones throw away from whatever you may need.

Generally a great place to live. Security is always on duty and helpful. Palm springs has a creche for toddlers with amazing and caring educators. They have a tuck shop, park and dedicated space to wash your vechile.

Depends on who your landlord is. Some not interested in maintaining the flat. Example things that are broken like windows, paintwork, etc. Strict on kids playing and what they play with like balls, skateboards etc. From what I could gather painting inside you can only do White. Single couple probably most suitable for them. Swimming pool area nice.

Its a gated community. Security is strict and they abide to covid-19 regulations

High security complex...I had to produce my id document as a visitor before I could enter the premises and had my picture taken. The complex is also beautiful and clean...a pleasant observation seeing how affordable it is. Inside, the flats are nice and modern. The complex also houses a pool area, playground and nursery.

Great place to call home away from home if youre not from around, it also offers great views of Table Mountain and has a pool with residential personal trainers at their gym.

Its beautiful place to stay only if you dont rent to agent so called, Dawson Real estate ,They dont give the lease agreement,and you can expect from the them the worse, always moving tenants around,with the story of renovation in order to increase in expected rent and they are extremely expensive to compare to others. at the end they dont pay back your deposit.I have been residing here since 2014 and the only night mare i have experienced when i rented from them.all agents in palmsprings are so good and reasonable only these so called Dawnson real estate be aware and warned.
