Almost great to live here. If it was not for this people that dont like kids or maybe they dont like black people kids. They sit in their windows taking pictures of our kids and say they are making noise and complaining about everything our kids do. Its like our kids have to be indoors like prisoners.

Been dealing with major snags for the past year. Balwin has a dont care attitude and they cant seem to locate the leak. Water leaks into our middle floor apartment whenever it rains. Bathroom has been a mess for a year now because of water leaks and dampness. Have to put towels on the floor when it rains. Emails go unanswered and ignored for months! Buying here was our biggest mistake..... not worth the headache!!

Bad estate management been here a year and struggling with neighbors with reckless noise during the middle of the night since December. No one takes responsibility for being considerate regarding the communal space in my block and eventually when all has failed im faced with going the ombudsman as management cannot confirm any noise violation.The list of issues within this estate and the operating parties is concerning and appalling! Balwin Properties and Landsdowne Properties your advertisements are amazing but customers service and after sales service and management skills are putrid to none existent!

Dylan, the estate manager is excellent. He looks out for the interest of his residents and is very quick to respond to our needs. He runs the estate very effectively and efficiently. We applaud his hard work and dedication. He is the best!

The agents dont tell you that this complex was built near a township. The finishings in the apartment is not bad but investigate the area. Not safe. Its very close to Macassar.

Large and spacious apartments, nothing confusing about finding the correct block number as they are displayed @ eye level, De Velde in De Beers avenue Somerset West is a nightmare, numbers you cant see on the blocks, apartments in the funniest places, nothing makes sense, even though they had the same agents, so well done to The Huntsman.

Been living here since the beginning of lockdown. it is a lovely estate, Im very excited for the lifestyle that is coming in June and that its slowly getting bigger. there are some snags, but that doesnt change the fact that it is a great estate!

Happy with everything thus far, looking forward to the gym on prem! The modern finishes inside the apartments are great!

The Huntsman estate apartment finishes are excellent quality and modern, the best I have seen after comparative shopping in the same neighborhood. The estate is secure. Looking forward to the lifestyle centre with pool, spa and restaurants which will be coming up soon👌.

Utilities management is a joke, road noise is horrific and the managements attitude to issues, residents and tenants leaves much to be desired.Wont be extending my agreement at all.
