Lovely Block of apartments but apartments were quite small so good for starter flat or couple with 1 kid .Not a lot of privacy as gardens are communal and you have to pay for an extra parking bay

Couldnt braai on my friends balcony that he just paid R1.3 million for his flat and R30000. 00 for an extra parking.
