Reception very helpful and friendly hence-Phoned two weeks ago for a small glass that needs to measured and fitted,got the quote on Monday,after I replied for replacing and when they stated I need to make payment upfront. I said I am home all the time and will pay cash after fitted,guys will not leave without payment. He the replied that the workers will not start until full payment, which made me feel like a thief,please note that they have done numerous jobs before for us.Woman alone with a new born baby and sick child I really do not want to beg for a glass to be fitted.This will be my last job with Lens they do need to understand that local people and small jobs is what brought them where they are.Hope that this makes them step up their game.

I visited this shop over 3 months ago and asked for a quote. They wrote my name in the book and told me their rep would contact me soonest. I asked to speak to the rep and they said I couldnt even though he was there. The rep has never contacted me. So very dissatisfied with this situation.

I came in to your shop about a week ago and ask for a quote on a frameless shower door.I was promised that someone will call me to come to my house and take measurements, two days has passed but not a phone call. I then called to complain. I was promised that someone will call me, the guy called and promised that he will be at my house after 5 pm the Friday evening. I waited no call from him.I then called him to asked if his still coming which I already cancelled Diinner with my friends.and said yes he was. a few hours later I got an sms to that he cant make it and he will come the next day. I waited no phone call, I then called and was promised that he was still coming. He only came Monday evening. My whole weekend spoilt.. today Thurday I called your office and still no quote. I even gave a Friends number to your office that ialso need shower doors in his house.

The Staff is helpfull and nice but the owner very rude, without her staff she will have no clients!
