Just devastated - you can see from their response below how they feel and deal with their valued clients. Note: after I specifically said they did come back 6 times but just couldn’t fix it, and simply caused more damaged, I now have to deal with comments that they do care, and they did come back.After Reuben and team did a good job with an aluminium door, I trusted them with 2 skylights. Both started leaking and they came back 6 times to “fix” them. When we had an insurance assessor in, the true nature and horror of their work came out. They had stood on 10 roof tiles and broken them without telling me - just patched them with tape - one skylight is installed in a gutter. The skylights were installed incorrectly from the start and not sealed properly and they kept patching, charging me extra for sheets that didn’t do the job. And yes, that’s plastic in the picture to keep water out. They also owe me money from a bedroom window I booked but after their bad work, I decided not to and asked for my money back to which the owner agreed. That was two weeks ago and I don’t have the money. I now have to pay to replace ceiling boards, drywall and tiles from my pocket. Just disappointing, really :(

The worst service i have ever received, no professionalism just fraudulent individuals,I’m frustrated because i have been waiting to receive my R2000 deposit back for over 2 months.I requested shutter blinds in which i was charged R7000, they then requested a deposit of R4000 & I told them I would make a deposit of R2000. Which i paid to the Capitec account (see screenshots)At first they came to me stating that they’re not getting the material from a supplier then they requested that i give them time, they would make a “plan”After a while i advised Robert that they should refund me as l need to install those blinds urgently in which he agreed, till today l still have not been refunded my money.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
