The service I got from Spike and Devon when my car went for repairs was exceptional. I was updated regularly on the status of the repairs and the price at the end of it all was far less than I imagined. Great job guys, my car will always be serviced by you in future.

Very good service by neat mannerly attendants wearing clean masks, making me feel safe and secure. Unlike many service stations where the attendants either have no masks on or cloths hanging halfway down their faces, shouting over me to each other, freaking me out and just making me want to get away as soon as possible!

On various occasions I wait too long to be assisted, especially when I need to fill up.

Laundry has very friendly staff. I stucked with my car outside this garage, and the manager/supervisor (Devon) of the garage helped me to get my car started again. I was in a worrying state, but he calmed my nerves lol, I will forever be grateful to him and all his friendly staff member. Excellent service provided to me. Im happy xoxox

Little disappointed,but acceptable

Every time I have put in petrol here, the petrol attendants wait around to see who else is going to go attend to the paying customer. Service is slow and unfriendly.I asked for R100 this morning and ended up with a full tank instead, which of course I had to pay for. Month end where things are strained.Although conveniently located for me personally, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fast and effiecient services.

They have it all. Carwash (eco-friendly) full valet service available at reasonable rates. Shop with fresh food and ice cold drinks and an indoor area for you to chill while waiting. Also full mechanical workshop for servicing of your vehicle. Towing service available if you breakdown. I have used this service and the owners went as far as organising me transport to get home too. They also have car rentals available including quality 4x4 vehicles for heading off into the bush for holidays. Great staff.

Service not to great. I pulled up one day and other cars also pulled up so it got busy only one attendant servicing cars eventually I think the manager came to assist and helped the cars that came after me. I was upset because it looks like the manager was friends with the guy behind me when I addressed the matter with him he was very apologetic but the deed is done. If I didnt have a company petrol card I would never go back.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service from Greenside Service Station.I unexpectedly had to have my clutch replaced two days before Christmas in 2019. Spike kept me abreast of the issues with my car and dealt with the warranty claim on my behalf. He called me regularly to inform me of the status of the vehicle and I could collect it the next day (24 December 2019).Not only was the replacement reasonably priced and done quickly, the service from the entire team was excellent from start to finish. I cannot recommend Greenside enough.

Love taking my car in for a service here. Taken it many times for various faults over the last 8 years.Spike the head mechanic is always clear and straight about the actual issues. Nothing like other places where theyll replace expensive parts rather than investigate and fix the issue. If it needs doing, it will be done. No unnecessary extras.

I have not in a very long time experienced the great service that was given to me by everyone from managers to floor staff. Pinelands really needs this as the service industry has deem to have taken a step back. You guys at this garage, car wash, petrol attendants, service station, mechanics and anyone else I left out thankyou for going that extra mile to help.

I have been sending our company vehicles and my personal vehicles to Total Greenside on a regular basis since the water restrictions. Been fairly happy, but recently experienced very poor quality washes on my SUV. I brought this under the owners attention and experienced attitude and got preached to on a Tuesday after the Easter Weekend ! The receptionist also have a attitude problem. I sent my vehicles there again earlier this week and nothing has changed. No quality control to ensure workers done job correctly. My rooftop tent looked unwashed, spots missed and bugs was still on front of roofrack. Will take away 6 vehicles and will look for another car wash. IT DOES NOT HELP TO HAVE A FANCY FORECOURT BUT THE JOB IS NOT DONE PROPERLY !!

Butch and his team are great, very helpful, the service is of the highest quality. Its the only garage where I service my car and rent a car from if needed.
