Aerial fitness is not easy, but I cannot imagine not going back to this place. Nicky and Roxanne are fantastic people who will go out of their way to assist you. Highly recommend!

I booked for an event they were hosting and they cancelled without notifying anyone for their freedom day circus. They did not notify anyone even though they had my contact details on the electronic ticket purchase. We couldnt even get a hold of the organisers as we thought we were at the wrong location. Eventually we found the owner of the location who told us it was cancelled on the morning of the eventI had bought 6 tickets and has some extremely unhappy kids because of this

Wha t a fun adventure,Did not know what to expect, had a one on one 60min class with proffesioneler yoga and Reiki teacher, 25 min beginner meditation included…Aerial my friends means from the ground, all movements are in a hammock for full body support and LOADS of fun…

If youre looking to step out of your comfort zone and discover your inner circus monkey, this is a place to try it at. Classes are interactive, instructors are pleasent and you get a full body workout.

I have not attended a Silk Workshop here, but attended the venue for an outsourced conference. Hence, my experience would not at all reflect upon the business of the place as I have no experience. (Cold and concrete for such a purpose downstairs - not for conferences.)
