This is a family run boutique winery in the fast growing Calitzdorp wine district. It is well worth a visit for tasting their wines and other delicates. The friendly reception is sure to entice you into taking home some of their very reasonable priced super produce.This will become a regular stop when traveling on Route 62.

We stopped here on a recent visit to Calitzdorp. This is really worth a trip out of town to sample the excellent delicacies like olives, atjar, Harissa and other products which are all homemade. Nice wines to taste as well.

The winery is lovely, you could be somewhere in Stellenbosch not Carlitzdorp, the view is great. The platters are excellent, atchars are unique, wines are good and reasonably priced. You cant go to Carlitzdorp without a visit.

Lovely quaint wine farm in the heart of Calitzdorp, definitely worth a visit...

The DuSwaRoo is one of the smaller wineries and olive plantations in Calitzdorp, however their wines are of a high quality. The farm is easy to find simply drive towards the Nel Dam which is several kilometres away from Calitzdorp. I was very impressed with their Hana port wine, the sample I tasted still had to be bottled.
