This blockhouse is in Burgersdorp. There are actually two blockhouses, both in excellent condition. From the blockhouses there is a magnificent view over Burgersdorp.

Blockhouse, looks like 4 levels, apparently built by the English, one of two in Burgersdorp. Take the dirt road off the R58, or park down the road and walk up. Surrounding area very neglected, block house is closed but still looks in relatively good condition. Beautiful vista of the town, from stairs from the blockhouse door.
