The freshness and base quality was not so good.

I really love the store , i love the patience they have with us customers because sometimes we are rude to them even when we can see how busy it is and they are trying their best to provide us with the best service .. I always adore the service they give us especially their kindness and serving us with a smile 😁 ..

Other than the online orders make the que longer, the staff is more then welcome to explain to you the choices you have. Friendly stuff indeed.

Good Pizza but the delivery takes to long. I reseved a confirmation SMS at 16:35 and our delivery arrived at 18:05 thats a hour and a half to deliver a pizza.

The tellers are soooo sweet, I specifically love Sheila and I think the other one is Francinah and this other guy i really dnt know his name, theyre so sweet they even remember me by name, there has never been a day were I was treated somehow, I always leave the store on such a high note no matter how bad my day was, Ive been monitoring their behavior for years now and they just humble me, also noticed there are some few new employees and they are also much lovable...Mrs/Mr manager please acknowledge ur teams remarkable work, theyre such a great team and one of the reason I keep coming back besides the juicy pizza

I love how friendly the staff is. Never been there, Im always ordering remotely for delivery. The pizza is good and of usual debonairs standard. Had an issue with my delivery and I got the most kind and excellent assistance. Keep it up

I bought pizza and it was cold when it came to my house. I called back the shop n the lady she said she is talking to the manager and till I called again after 20minutes no answer. I went to the shop and the lady with no name she became very rude n denied to give me her name. I asked for the Manager they refused to assist me. I went to the fish always and the nice lady tried to talk to me politely and went to debonair pizza shop talk to them. They have bad attitudes those people. U buy pizza for 3hours. Sies man this is unacceptable. There r many good people out there looking for that job n cant get.

They send an sms stating that you get a free 2l Coke with 2 large pizzas. When you get there they say no, sorry, only for online orders. Talk about misleading advertising. I was so disappointed. True SA. Corruption and dishonesty.

Such a wonderful environment, very delicious Pizza. Double decker two with sweet chili sauce and with chicken is very very amazing, delicious food. Very helpful staff and clean place within the shop.

The order took long and the tables were piled up with leftover boxes and crumbs, some of the tables had no chairs. I even notified some of the staff about it before I sat down while waiting for my order and I notified them again about the mess when I went to collect my order after a lengthy wait but dololo action 😔

Ordering food, never gets delivered, took it up with headoffice hopefully they will start keeping Debonairs name to a pride, but i will never order there again rather drive to Romans
