Bought a R150 Google play card and it didnt work, no refund, no help, you on your own

Rude staff! After calling the store to find out if they had stock on a certain game, the lady rudely said that she couldnt tell us how many she had, but that she had sufficient. When we arrived at the store to purchase the 3 games, she VERY RUDELY told us that she only had 2!

Absolutely rude staff. Gives attitude to customers. Will never refer anyone to this store and will never purchase at this store again. Disgusted

Good selection of games. Could do with better wider knowledge on all games sold rather than just fastlane quick sellers. General opinion... worth supporting

Worst when it comes to after service, always gives me a run around when i have warrenty claims for Nintendo switch controllers. NS offers 1 year warrenty on controllers yet they lie and claim its 1 month only. Rather buy your consoles and games at makro and game knowing they more reliable!

Extremely upset, Not sure if its the store Or PS4 cant find any off line shooting games All new games releases are all on line, Why I have been playing since PS1 came out all the way up to PS4 I am 49 years old, So since PS4 does not release any more off line games, I personally think as been.a loyal customer to all PS Stations is to dump them and move over to Xbox as there is a greater variety off line
