Totally unhelpful, doesnt even attempt to half the trouble of Cash Converters next door. Got helped in less than 10 minutes no hassles. Understandable why they came up to give the crusaders a run for their buck. If you want to be the best, do your best and maybe some more.

According to the internet they close at 18h30 arrived there today 18h05 and they are closed, why do you mislead the public the picture even say 19h00, terrible service and when you approach the door they state oh sorry we are closed when you want to tell them about the working hours online ect they tell you to get lost i have never been so offended by client services in my life, trust me i will take this up higher, luckily there are laws and i would not recommend any person of going to this store rather go to another shop, you will thank me later.

Nice second-hand store, but the service is almost non-existent. Ive been several times and employees stand around doing nothing while youre waiting in a long que. Management is also non-existent, people are rude and lots of items arent priced; at least not visibly.

So ja they come in handy when you need cash but they prey on desperate people and exploit them I regret every going to a cash crusader its better to sell your things online or to friends and family sometimes just wait your break thru might just be tomorrow then you dont have to sell anything
