I went to the internet looking for a ups, now i saw on the internet that they had, tried phoning them 3 times on the number provided of the internet, yet it was just ringing, i got to the store and asked for the ups that was on there website, i was then informed that they havent kept any ups in the store for the past 3 years, how come they advertise it then, this is false advertising, i spoke with the manager and asked him about the telephone number, which is the one i had called and yet no one answered the phone, had they answered the phone then i would not have driven all the way to the store, i honestly think that all the game stores have been lacking of service, professional service well there is none, i will never support any game store again,

Game Store at Carnival Mall is up there with any other good store and typically tries to make a shopping experience as one stop as possible. This store provides a wide range of merchandise at comparatively good prices. Anything from school stationary to groceries, cellphones, TVs, sports equipment, garden supplies to office furniture and appliances. An in-store finance is also available for those pricier items. The staff is always helpful and polite.

Same old same old. What you see is what you get, if they havent got it on the shelf/floor then chances are theyre outta stock. The staff in general need a lesson in the advantages of being upbeat, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and ready to help and how to spot a clueless and exasperated customer and how to turn a frown into a smile. Until then be prepared to help yourself and find what you want by yourself.

I got a Finance card from RCS that needed to be activated and we needed assistance but no one at Game would assist. We were turned back and told to come back the next day and the attitude of the staff was not professional.

Electrical department super service.Tevo assistant helping with possible repairs on the phone not professional. Appeared I was their joke with my query on repairs.

Always an amazing place to shop! Convenient and as for me I live around the area which makes it even more accessible at anytime during operating hours. I usually buy my smartphones at Game store at reasonable prices when they are on sale you can find almost everything from electronics to Gym products, home use appliances, wearables, affordable TVs smart and normal you name it!.

My pensioners card renewal was supposed to be ready 4 weeks ago. It is missing. Now I suppose I have to spend time and money for new photos etc. So where does the savings come in. All other cards for pensioners do not expire so in any case why does the card at game expire in 6 months even with lockdown? It is not the first time that game carnival excels in such bad service!

I bought a acer laptop at Game Carnival Mall around June 2020 and then within 10 days it started flickering. Then I took it back and they told me they cant take it back because of the Lockdown there were no suppliers. Now they took it for repairs instead of exchanging it for another one. I cannot wait for the repair as I am currently studying and using it for study purposes. I just want my money back from Game as I feel this is a rip off. How can a brand new laptop I bought be malfunctioning within 10 days of purchase? Game Carnival Mall sells poor quality laptops which are way under value for money and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Until I get my refund back I will never feel their service and products are worth the money. Beware people!

Most entertaining place ever in Ekurhuleni and offers best service.

The service is good and the place is sanitized however i have one quiry nd that is the Camp master gazebos that are nowhere to be seen even the ones displayed have been removed i was disappointed nd ended up going to Game Springs Mall

The staff visible on the floor is so helpful and knowledgeable with product offered in their respective department. However, the new staff staff needs to be trained even further or encouraged not respond to customers questions when uncertain of response and refer to relevant staff.

I had a very pleasant experience today at Game Carnival Mall. I returned a wall clock due to it being defective. Very good service by the lady at customer service, unfortunately didnt get her name. Also professional service by Victor at the clock department.Keep up the good work, it doesnt go unnoticed. Especially when the service is atrocious at most other shopping centers.

The store is clean, even during busy days. Most of the staff available will be quick to assist you. It is like most of the other Game Franchises: it has a variety of products ranging from Home Appliance, Groceries to Sports Equipment.

The store is relatively easy to navigate and I easily find what Im looking for. The staff are friendly and helpful when you need something. The prices are are very good as well as the quality. Specifically fruit, vegetables, and meat. On two occasions the prices on the labels and at the till didnt match up but the staff were helpful and fixed it but it does take up extra time.

This store has a wide variety of products, from tools to onions. I would not suggest to buy the months groceries here. But the plus-point of Games, is that it has everything else, than what you actually came to buy. For instance, while youre at it, buying your tech-equipment, you may as well get a couldrink, or a snack for the rest of the family. Or even buy the bread and milk too, so that you do not need to stop again, with the valuable products in the car, outside in The sun. Customer Service is also great
