Bought an extractor there today. The service has left a bitter taste in my mouth. From being ignored by the sales consultant to the owners asking me if I want the extractor for free simply because I tried negotiating. To top it of, they wanted to charge me R20 to bubblewrap it! If I was not tired of shopping around for that particular size extractor, I would have long gone walked out!

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Purchased a washing machine PC board from Hoffmans, had a tech install it which confirmed that the PC board was not working. Took it back to Hoffmans to be greeted with a BAD attitude from NOMSA in spares from the get-go. She handed the PC board to a tech without me knowing about this, thereafter the tech called me to show me that the PC board is now miraculously working. I said that I did not see it go into a machine so how do I know that it was not switched whereby I had NOMSA scream at me whilst attending to another customer. Nowhere on their slip on what I could see in-store those it state that there are NO REFUNDS and in the meantime I purchased a brand new machine, so I am sitting with a PC board that I cannot get my money back for. Whilst leaving the store I had NOMSA screaming at me in her language which I dont understand and in front of other customers - How are employees allowed to treat PAYING customers like this?! I will NEVER in my life recommend this store to anyone if you get treated worst than a dog!!!!!!

Stove has been standing at them for 14 days and they could not give us feed back so i fetched the stove and SMEG is coming to my home to fix the problem .

Excellent place where youd find most of your home appliances especially for the kitchen.

For spare parts its fine. But buying a swop soiled fridge, freezer,stove, washing machine......... Youll pay more as the price of a new one. And get a lot of dents with it.

Their service is disgusting. Laybyed something and they did not even live up to the contract. When i came back my stove was sold. Never even apologised for inconveniencing me. And now i had to take something i didnt want for a much higher price. They are a rip off😠😠😡😡

Disappointed you pay the same prices at game and every were els. And some of the items are quite damage. And then they still want the price you can pay at the others stores
