For me, its a mandatory stop on my way into Cape Town.The food is always delicious and thw service is excellent.

Fantastic property location, deli, wines and restaurant. We stopped for lunch at the restaurant and the food was superb. One of the best burgers we have had. Service was great and the staff friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed. Prices we found to be reasonable. Nice selection of breads, cheeses and fresh foods in the deli. Nice selection of great wines. We will certainly be back for another visit.

Beautiful facilities with a magnificent restaurant. Good quality, beautifully presented food. Excellent professional service and fantastic wine. Kids enjoyed the large lawn and small play area (swing and hanging bars only). Overall a lovely experience.

Winery offers delicious food accompanied with excellent quality wines. The olive oil is one of the best in the country. Travelling on N2 plan the stop at this interesting place.

Great food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Wow, weve been there twice in the last 6 months, and this is becoming a must stop if in the area. There is some good wines to be tasted here and they have a good variety. I can recommend an afternoon visit, straight to the wine tasting area, order a few platters between friends and wine-taste away. Very relaxing. They will see me again.

What an experience! Couldnt ask for better service or food. The facilities and view are spetactular. Do yourself a favour and make a reservation for a Sunday lunch. There is a deli too that has some really excellent local produce and unusual items Ive never before seen. They cater for weddings and functions too and although a bit out of the way, one couldnt ask for a better setting, and there is good local accomodation close by.

The lunch was excellent quality. The restrooms are 5 star hotel quality. The setting is beautiful with fish ponds and lovely large lawn. Staff were very friendly relaxed and well trained. It was quite a find.

If you happen to be out in the Overberg, I highly recommend visiting the restaurant at Gabriëlskloof for lunch or breakfast.Their food is prepared by the most amazing chefs and presented in a spectacular fashion.Not to mention they also offer wine tasting, and it’s delightful to walk amongst the vineyards. 🍇

We had an amazing time yesterday with great views and even better wines.This mzansi tapas platter was delicious paired with the 2015 The Blend Bordeaux Style blend.. Kids can enjoy the stretched out lawn and jumping castle

A beautiful place to visit. The friendly staff makes you feel welcome at the wine tasting and at the restaurant. The food is very neatly presented and tastefully satisfying.

Beautiful setting inside and out. Great food, not on the cheap side but value for money. Service is sometimes seems overwhelmed at even half house so give yourself at least a good 90 minutes for lunch. Ample parking, pet friendly, no kids menu though.

Only our chips were not cooked very well but the servies and other food were very nice

Beautifull venue but the only option was to sit outside in the wind for coffee and cake because of an event later. This was our third and last try. Management should consider putting a notice up, before you go through the trouble of turning off from the N2

Unbelievable wine and food experience. The cheese and meat platter is to die for and can be recommended. Please dont change a thing on the platter. The odd combination of vanilla ice cream and olive oil can also be recommended. Will indeed visit Gabrielskloof again.

The Restaurant at Gabrielskloof is one of the gems of the Western Cape. The personal touch of the chef and his wife is something that you have to go far to beat.You can try anything on the menu - it will be good, because the chef know how to use the best food to create his artwork.We will be back.

Superb wine tasting with excellent service and great views. They also have a chocolate pairing option! Complimentary bread, olive oil and olives are included in the meagre R30 tasting fee, which is waived upon the purchase of any wine.

The food was amazing. I ordered the duck and the creme Brule, and both tasted terrific! The service in the wine tasting area was disappointing, but this was overshadowed by the food. All in all the food was 10/10, and the service was a 6/10

Gale force wind, we were forced to sit outside for lunch, because there was a function in the restaurant, and even though the tasting room were empty, they were not willing to serve us zfthere. Extremely unpleasant. Will Xdefinitely never come back.
