Regular Wimpy. Great to have the drive through though

Waited in the drive through window for 15 minutes behind someone and had to call in to ask them to take my order. Also had vagrents begging for food or money in the drive through lane. All in all very unpleasant. Food was mediocre

Very talented artists, clean environment and professional consultant. Studio is very comfortable and well laid out.

Never will I go to Freeway park Wimpy again. Arrogant Manager & Service was Bad. Wimpy Coffee was Off.Our Consumer Right was Descrimanated with a Argument.Was Treated like Common People. Given Rotten meat on a Dagwood not even making a Effort to replace the Order or Given Complimentary Coffee for the inconvience received. Waitress was Rude and Abrupt.

It wasnt great service. The lady that helped me didnt really know what she was doing. She nearly gave me the next customers milkshake, she said ill give you your receipt now, but didnt, and the lady who was cleaning was shunting me around so she could clean the floor. I would have moved but hey she kind of made it uncomfortable so i had to move and stand outside while she mopped. Wasnt a great experience. Also the shop is not available to order from on the wimpy app. And theyre expensive as anything.

The worst service ever in my lifetime. The attitude of Hendry supposedly the Floor Manager was appalling. The waitress and another Manager were clueless to say the least. I was forced to pay for what was supposed to be an omelette and had the inner ingredients raw,cold and scattered with a tablespoon of grated cheese that could not hold the ingredients together and Hendry had the audacity to tell me not to come to the store again.The condition of the toilets is a typical squalor. I ordered my second dish as l was coming from hospital and desperately needed to eat something and the so called burgers were a mockery of the dish.I will certainly honour your invitation of not visiting your eatery again not because you said it but for the upkeep of my health, principles and values, l will not even support your garage business after noticing that both entities are using the same holding company name and will encourage people to desist from supporting that establishment.

Place was clean, much of the place was packed up to ensure no usage. Lovely Bubble gum milkshakes.

The lady at the front desk was amazing, made sure I got what I needed without complaining. The chefs were accommodating too, made sure I got exactly what I needed - a juicy burger.They have an awesome team!!!

Not the best Wimpy around thats for sure. Flies flying around so that put me off ordering food. Staff not wearing masks properly and not very friendly. Cappachino was so hot and tasted burnt. Hot chocolate was cold and tasteless

Food was good.But I came there after 6 and I was rushed to order and go by staff as it was closingtime. But it showed on google they close on 10pm.

Always a great meal served with gracious care . Super salads with divine salad dressing ... Especially with a special chickem mayo toasted sandwich!!!

Great service. Have been here a couple of times, just to have a coffee. The staff is very friendly, they smile at you. which is what I enjoy most about this place.I would recommend anyone to come just for a break and embrace the environment. The building is well ventilated and is my favorite in this hot spring weather.

Firstly nobody attended to me when I walked in. I was not given the special of the day. When done and wanted to pay the cashier asked me what I want. She does not know how to treat customers and was rude by talking to her fellow colleagues in her own language when I complained of about her service. Totally disrespectful. She need to work in the kitchen away from customer as she obviously does not know how to treat the customers who pays her salary. Bad service from start to end at this Wimpy.

Great food, great management

On 23 Okt 2019 I went to enjoy a breakfast with my mother. There was allot of flies and I asked that they spray they could not as they have other customers eating. I was moved to a table next to the kitchen and even more flies. Just wondering what it looks lie in the kitchen?

A very busy restaurant as far as a Wimpy goes. Service was good and breakfast was standard fair. A good place to meet for a quick coffee over a business discussion.

Poor Customer Service Wimpy Freeway ParkVisited Wimpy Freeway Park today at about 13h50. Manager let us in and we got seated. Once we have ordered our meal, waiter came back and said the manager said they cant provide the meal as they have closed at 14h00.My issue is why:1. Why did the manager let us in. We werenot aware that they were closing earlier2. Why did the manager not inform us theyclosing at 14h003. Why did he not personally advise us theycant provide our meal/order, but let thewaiter do same.4. We then had to order 2 wimpy coffeeswhich also tasted very sub standard.We have been regular customers to thisWimpy but will in the future seriously re-thinkit over

Best place to rest when out shopping. Can pay a visit for just a cup of coffee or for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cheap and cheerful with excellent service from friendly waiting staff. Milkshakes with carrot cake comes highly recommended.

Friendly but forgetful waitress. There were very few customers at 4pm but the service wasnt good today. Crumbed chicken overdone. It used to be our favourite wimpy

Place was filthy, tables and floors were not even cleaned ah 15h00 on an Friday afternoon, infested with flies. the aircon was switched off at 30°C outside temperature. The staff was not even bothered until the manager was summoned. The manager was very apologetic and attempted to rectify the situation immediately, unfortunately after the flies infested our meals, we could not wait another minute.
