Lovely spot for a family outing. Great play area close to tables. Outdoor and indoor seating. Food is great and affordable. Theres also a smoking area at the balcony.

Fabulous restaurant to enjoy a high standard of Italian cuisine. Massive playground for kids to play, with caretakers observing them. Lots of seating inside and outside. The prices are average, but on Mondays it’s half price on all pizzas and pastas. Totally worth it! Fantastic and friendly service. Booking a table especially on Mondays are recommended if you have preferences or groups. Loads of parking space.

A waiter there was very rude to towards me and my family, couldnt allow us to enjoy our food in peace. She kept on coming to our table tiding up, and taking the childrens food even though I told her the kids are not done with their food, they went to play. She then demanded a tip from me. That was my last day at this Papachinos. I loved this restaurant till that day, I think your stuff cant work properly under pressure.

The service was insanely out of this world! The staff is very polite, professional and friendly. The food was disappointing and overpriced. They use basic seasoning (salt and pepper) on everything so if you’re a foodie you won’t enjoy it. They specialise in Italian dishes so probably stick to ordering those ones

So far so good. I only experienced good things at this Papachinos absolutely nothing negative. The food was on point, the place is beautiful and nicely situated for the kids. The play area for the kids is over and above the average, kids do not even want to leave. You dont have to worry about looking after your little ones as they are enough staff provided for for that. And there are rides for the kids as well. Love the place

The food was amazing, cocktails were on point. My dompedro did not taste any amarula so I ordered long Island and thats best decision we ever made. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean. I really got what my money is worth

Reception was great.Table Service poor due to waiter disappeared without notification.Had wait too long then request other waiters for assistance. We looked like lost couple, while waiting to place the second order.Ended up ordering Take away.

Good food, very nice play area for children

Im still yet to try an item on the menu that I dont like. My favourite menu items are the focaccia destino and the fantastic crispy roll with tempura prawn inside🤤 I urge you to give their sushi menu a try👌🏾

Enjoyed my husbands 70th birthday at Papachinos today. Service was excellent and food delicious. Well worth it.

It’s a very nice place, since it was my first time visit. Being served by Clifford, the guy was so amazing and friendly. He always kept a smile with us, he always kept an eye. Their toilet are so clean and also good for children as you can see on my pictures. I’d say to the manager I recommend Clifford. Give that man a bells 😂😂

Its very family friendly with something for the kids to do, from the kids pizza and dessert bar to the MASSIVE play area--which comes with its own attendants.Now to the food, it are fairly priced and the portion sizes were generous--be ready to eat!

We wanted to have a 30th dinner party at Papachinos. During my initial enquiry I was told to wait for lockdown level 2 and call again as they will only be able to take a booking for more than 12 people then. Phoning now to make the reservation after being moved to level 2, I am told they can still only take max 12 people per booking to have space for more tables and more people. How pathetic is that to turn away 15 people? Very disappointed, will definitely not recommend this restaurant

We ordered a platter (Mezo platter) and pizza (Del porto with extra cheese) . The pizza was definitely 5 star no doubt. The loss of the star is based on the platter taste of food. The platter is a mostly ordinary food, with the pork chorizo being outstanding. In terms of service, it is a great service in that the waiters that pass by ask you if everything is okay and not having to wait for just one person

This Branch is huge, friendly staff, big area for the kids to make their own pizza as well as a rather large kids play area. Lots of things for them to do. Never mind their great tasting food.

Very disappointed with our service tonight, we usually get excellent service with even better food. Tonight my Son had the kiddies Spaghetti 🍝but found a fly in his plate, no apology from the waiter or the manager on duty. With your standards I am sure these things should not happen. I will certainly never set my foot at Papachinos again.

Wow wow wow!!! This is an amazing place with fantastic decor to blow your mind, the food is absolutely devine, the service.... Yes we all know this is a big thing in our country but I HAVE to give it to them, they are on the ball!!! And of course the entertainment for the kids is out of this world and they are always spick and span clean ALL over!!! Gotta give this place a try, definately worth the travel!
