Terrible service!! One sales guy says to the other dont waste your time with that customer he is not going to buy..The same sale guy is coughing so badly and not wearing a mask.. And not one customer walking in has to sanitize there hands.. Would never recommend anyone to buy there. Rather recommend you go to THE BIKE SHOP up the road.

Mike Bikes is a customer-friendly store and the sales people there are genuinely friendly and also they are always willing to help. I am not much of a bike enthusiast but their friendliness and openness can easily lead one to owning one! Its the best place to go to if you need a bike.

Fast Friendly Service with Awesome People with Passion for Biking

At first i was impressed with these guys but struggled with them to get answers out of them before and after i got the bike. Only fixed the bike to sell it so that i sit with the problems afterward. Thanks guys. Will not recommend them ever.

It takes them 5 days to send me an invoice and after calling the F&I (Frank) to find out what is taking so long you get shouted at and told they will not send us the invoice. this is the worst service I have ever experienced, very unprofessional.I went straight to Yamaha and asked for an invoice, it took them 20 min to send it to me, I will now get my new bike within 1 day from Yamaha at Motomate. Never in my life will I recommend Mikes bikes to anyone.
