I ordered a Super See Smoothie and a harvest wrap on Mr. Delivery. My smoothie cost me R67 and I was expecting something resembling a delicious smoothie. Least to say my smoothie was a watery , bland disappointing version of a smoothie let alone a smoothie from a restaurant that specializes in smoothies and charges like they do as well. It was horrific but thats not the worst part. I phoned Kauai Sunward park after I received this terrible item and I asked if they would replace it, the lady who answered assured me that she would and if there was a problem she would phone me, least to say Im still waiting for that call let alone a replaced R67 smoothie from Kauai Sunward park. They dont even bother to get back to you or answer the phone. Terrible service and terrible smoothies dont waste your money or time eating from this restaurant that is clearly consumed by making capital off you and not providing the quality you deserve, go somewhere else!
