Annoying service received this afternoon. I totally get that the store closes at 16:30 but why allow a customer into the store 10 minutes before the closing time and then leave the customer standing around for 5-10 minutes before assisting them and then because its too close to closing time telling them you cant help them and they must come back tomorrow to get what they are wanting because the warehouse lights are already switched off - BEFORE THE CLOSING TIME!!! I would assume you would help the customers in the store? We overheard another customer being told that they are so quiet at the moment - because of this I would think that you would ensure to get the sales when they are right in front of you and not tell them to come back and potentially lose your customer and the sale!!! Disappointing service causing the customer to waste their time having to come back.

Most miserable bunch I have ever come across. Only go there if I really have to.

Can sell you any bolt and nut you could dream of. I am busy building a car with both universal and metric fasteners and I am yet to get a no out of them. Heads up, there is a R30 minimum purchase.

You can get all fastner that you need and prices are good.

Service was ok, got what I needed. Prices were excellent, just wish they would display and allow online ordering.
