Had a great 👍 experience, ordered some goods online for delivery and collection. Sibuyange (excuse the spelling) at collection was on the ball, had to cancel an item and also arrange for collection if they could not make delivery on time. This oke, sorted me out, no problem, got my delivery same day so that I didnt have to stress further.. Well Done!!!Absolutely stoked 🙌

I didnt find what I was looking for but found some lovely plants in the gardening section. Had a look around at the rest, took some small things and were surprised how well priced everything was. Friendly service. Ample parking A worthwhile shopping experience.

Very large DIY and gardening store. Its really a lifestyle store with everything from pet supplies, furniture, paint and equipment, craft supplies, they even have a section for a smart home and alternative energy. They also have a good website and you can click and collect from the or have your items delivered. Whats nice is that you can see stock availability. The downside is that I have been waiting for a product to get replenished for two weeks now. They do however have a search so you can see which stores in your area have your item in stock.

I like builders Boksburg. They always have what I need. But today I was disappointed. We where cashing up and it was closing time. But they closed the big door right in front of us and instructed us to walk the long way around. The knew we where at the till with only a few things. But they still closed the door. I will still buy from them but this will always put a clad on me and and I might go to the hardware shop closer to me.

A large new Builders Warehouse that has good stock. Store layout and parking is a little different. Staff generally helpful. Has a nice coffee shop as well.

Love the builders in Boksburg, most of the time they have stock of what you need, just on certain bulbs they dont have stock. If you have time try and grab something to eat and drink, they serve lovely food.

Purchased a tumble dryer and it was faulty, took it back the next morning. The so called expert they called said there is nothing wrong and they should put it back in stock.They only returned the funds in 5 days. I went the same day I returned the tumble dryer to Macro and purchased the same model with no problems.

Great product range...but the positioning of the products dont make it easy to shop.Example. Plumbing and irrigation are miles apart. They have similar products but different prices.You might need the smaller water filter. Then you have to walk and waist time to find it.

They offer a 10% discount for pensioners but end up adding to to price on the shelf. And item marked on the shelf as R158 was scanned with the pensioners card as R175 and then 10% discount made it R157,50 and then started the excuses and explanations and justification of why. I have the proof in photos of the screen and the actual price tag. Then its a promotion item or nope sorry no discount on paint or price printed on wrong color tag etc etc it wasted nearly an hour to get the manager to do the right thing. What a rip off.

Poor service… Not only do the staff just ignore you, when they tell you where items are then it’s the wrong isle… they don’t even know their own stock.

Went to buy indoor paint. Selection was very poor, a lot of Builders brand. Went to the counter to enquire about paint samples, all the employees were too busy chatting with their fellow workers to notice me. After a few minutes I asked if anyone is planning to help me soon. They got 1 of the 3 paint samples I asked after looking for it at the back. If you have samples why is it not stocked at the front of the shop? Bought paint elsewhere. Service not great at paint section.

I bought solar panel around May, the inner pipes burst i contacted the shop for exchange or the refund since it still within the warranty, what a poor service i have experienced they are telling to re-install the panel so that they can send a plumber to look at it, i asked who will be responsible for the reinstallation, spoke to the buyer Mauritz who didnt even listen to the situation i logged a complain on their service desk and i was promised that they will get back to me even today they havent called me, instead of helping me they are telling me about the rules and regulations that were never explained to me at the point of purchase what a poor service and they dont care and are reluctant to help or to exchange or refund me

Nice and modern, just hat the fact that this builders is a flipped image of how normal builders are set.

They have everything a DIY enthusiast needs. The only negative I have to say is that the staff are not always around to assist you. The staff product knowledge is limited and they cannot offer you much advice. E.g. I am putting down a wood plank floor. I need to find a resin or suitable epoxy to seal the floor for a smooth finish.No one was around to help or give advice.

I have only been here once but found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Builders warehouse Boksburg is very well located and has tons of secure parking. Unfortunately staff are not trained in customer service as almost every time I go there I have to chase someone around to get some service, or wait 15 minutes for them to finish with another customer. Staff are NOT helpful. Builders prices are also high, which is not what a customer expects from a very large chain. I only go to Builders now when I cant find what I want at other merchants.

Wau what an exciting place to shop. Everything under one roof from building materials to flowers, potplants etc. Wonderful parking. Very neat shop friendly & helpful assustance. Its an amazing shop if you are bored over a weekend visit Builders Warehouse in Northrand road Boksburg its worthwhile you wont be dissapointed.

I love this store. From personnel to the layout, most things available here and I stand to be corrected here but plus minus 90% of all DIY and building hardware is readily available. Prices are much more affordable than some of the competitors, even though theres always a trade off on what you want to purchase. This is my favourite builders warehouse, keep up the good work.

Even before they moved service was BAD . There were a FEW good sales people . The people spend more time on their cell phones and not customers . I had to shout for service and if u go in the last min and its closing time they stand and look and u instead of helping u to get ur goods and get out of the shop. I even asked another department to help me and the answer was its not my department , but I will look for the person that should be in this department . That person never come thats when I shouted can someone help me and still no one came not even from another dept they just looked at me as if I was insane . So I did it again and the person FROM THAT department came and I got an upset look angry look and she said she was busy outside in the nursery section helping customers which I may add were very very few.I think builders should banned the use of cell phones at their stores and must be kept in a locker all cell phones should also be turned off. I come Heidelburg so have to go to builders in Boksburg and I cringe going in there .

Shop full of stock but nothing you need, not interested in sourcing items for you either. After 4 visits looking for various items we decided Builders is NOT a shopping option to consider.

Always busy, staff arent always around but when you do find someone they are helpfull. Good amoint if stock. Check online if you are only going for something specific.

Very pleasant experience and very helpful staff. I was looking for something specific and immediately got what I was looking for. Builders Warehouse in Boksburg is very easy to find as it is just off the main road (North Rand rd) There is secure parking infront of the store. One major difference I noticed between Builders Warehouse in Boksburg and the other Builders Warehouse stores Ive visited is the variety of items. There is a significant wider range of items compared to other stores. If you are looking for any hardware product, building materials, power tools, gadgets and even plants, I am very sure BW in Boksburg will have it. They also rent out power tools. I will definitely shop there again. As for pricing of items, I guess it is standard Builders Warehouse prices however, the helpfulness and easy shopping makes it worth it.

Gone are the days when the staff would offer to assist you. Staff stand in groups more interested in their phones and conversations with each other then helping customers. I purchased curtain rails and got no assistance as I stood at the cutting department to get the rails cut to exact size. I purchased a hacksaw and did it myself. I kicked myself for not driving another 500 meters to Leroy Merlin - anyway, Ill never go to a Builders Warehouse again. the end

Absolutely LOVE going here... Its dangerous on ones financial circumstance hahaha, but reason it failed to gain the 5th store is when I went to get a quote on blinds the system was offline and took approximately 3 days before a quote was sent when they came back online, in the interim I found the exact same blinds and got a quote immediately as I waited at another store, which helped me realise how much of a mark up is put up. Can get thee EXACT same type of blind for a 3rd less 🤷🏻‍♀️

Horrible service. After speaking to 4 employees and almost 40mins of searching aimlessly finally found the prices for what I was looking for but not the product. The employee supposed to be stationed in the section is nowhere to be foumd. Had to to drive to a different store for help.

This is the modern look Builders Warehouse. The layout of the warehouse makes it very easy to find what you are looking. Its always fully stocked so you will find most of the items that you need. Loads of products to choose from so if you are looking for a good one-stop hardware shop, this is one of them.

The store certainly has everything you need when it comes to hardware and DIY at very good prices. The layout of the store is also well thought out and easy to navigate.The floor staff arent always as enthusiastic to assist you when you ask them for help, however I mostly go in the shop shorty before closing time, so I dont hold it against them.I will continue go here first for my DIY needs because of the massive selection they have.
