Prices are reasonable but they not willing to match any other price on the same product and most of the time what is on their website is not in stock and it seems there are items on their website that has been out of stocks for almost a year so why cant they renew the site.

Good prices on products.. just don’t let them install for you, they’ll damage your car and half your other electronics won’t work properly, had to strip my dash myself to get the heater knob working again. No expert install service here.. rather just stick to sales.

Was once an amazing place but now they dont care about there clients and treat us like garbage. They need to jack up there customer relationship skills cause i will spread the word that they dont look after there clients!Disgusting service!

I stood inside for 15 minutes before someone even spoke to me and then had to wait for 5 minutes before I even got let out of the gate! They are also extremely overpriced! Just to install a radio they wanted to charge me R1400 where CRS is R500

The worst place I ever had to deal with!! No customer service at all, I would not recommend anyone buying anything from them. They advertise a brand name product online and send you a Chinese knockoff.

When putting back door the clips where broken so door cover isnt sitting flush. Scratched door plastic trying to force it in place.

Quick to assist but not good if you are in a hurry workshops could improve efficiency

Very quick to sell but no after sails R17000 later , broken door and panel clips,subwoofer box leaking, subwoofer screws does not even go in to the wood, tweeters fel off (used hot glue gun to stick my tweeters to my panels and then re stick them with double sided tape over the glue, wires are a mess, zip ties not cut, rear door doesnt want to close (jamming wires) glove box holder does not close(wires not secured) . the wire cut offs and wire trimmings lying behind panels and under the car mats doesnt even vacuum, joint wire just pull apart no soldering!! Went back for a retune after the speakers were played in just to wait 3hours before i got any help with rude assistance because i am back........end results radio cuts out when put to loud. Not going back just to wait a nother 2-3 hours returning x3 was enough

Spent a near fortune (R17k) on a Dynavin head unit for my Porsche and am sick of their stories every time I go to get the unit working (almost a year now)Every time they waiting on Dynavin since I installed the unit to fix DVD payer and a few other things. Said to me and I quote you make lots of money so you dont mind. Every time I have to go there its a opportunity cost of my time is what they dont understand. Wont buy from them again.
