This is the worst carwash I ever used in my life. The staff is rude and does not answer you when you ask them a question. They seem to have all the time in the world, there is just no urgency. Even the machine and building inside is filthy. You will never ever see me again.

The worst petrol station ever. I keep on saying I’ll never come back but because of my discovery petrol benefit I do. The staff’s attitude stinks and now I was told that there’s no pressure to check my types. From today I will NEVER go back .

I have been a frequent visitor here for 12 years. Today I had a terrible experience, the petrol attended was unfriendly, rude and not interested in the job. My card was declined, and when I told him that it should be sorted, he walked off with my card and a huge attitude. I was also told that my card was the problem. I asked for the supervisor and was told thatthere was no supervisor. I asked for a snr attendant and a person by the surname of Matlala arrived, the two of them conversed in an African language and when I asked to be given an opportunity to speak they ignored me, and continued their conversation. No resoect. At the end it was their card

Awesome garage you stop for fuel and tyre pressure check then the attendant breaks the aluminium air valve which have a pressure sensor on it. as Johan the owner said it was not deliberate Ill give you R500 rand as good will but the cost of a sensor is over a R1000 never mind the amounts I had to pay to remove the valve and to replace.I was told I can go to Shell head office as well he will not fix it to the full amount. I used to support this service station at least twice a week for fuel and also because I am a Discovery member sorry Johan no more support from me.

The shop closes round 10PM and if you want to buy anything after that time, the cashier doesnt want to let you in and wants to buy for you. i have had issues in the past where i have asked for a certain amount of fuel and the attendant has put more in and i had to fight the issue that i only asked for a certain amount. the shop is also a bit grubby.

Their 24/7 DIY car wash-&-go bay is cheapest north of Bloem.

You spend R300 at the shop and your cashier Ely does not even say thank you.

They made us wait For cappuccinos and then said they dont have milk. But the fridges are full of milk.
