Was helped by James today. Great to see that he had a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer. Dont usually use Engen but such service reflects well on your company.

To the owner, youd better rather employ petrol attendants that can hear clearly and arent in a world of their own all spaced out. I told your deaf Mosweu 10 liters 93 unleaded. So he puts 250ml over the 10 liters I asked for. Who said I had extra money to pay that 250ml? Its why I only requested 10litres. Next time owner you will be liable to pay in the 250ml extra.

Ask to have tank filled up. My fuel instructions on the inside clearly state stop filling when the nozzle clicks. The guy continues to overfill. Spills all down the side of my car and also all around the inside of the fuel port. This is the very reason I dont go to shell and now it shall be Engen. You guys can learn alot from Sasol.

Sat and waited 10 mins with attendants standing around and helping everyone around me that came after me. Ended up driving off, absolutely ridiculous.

The service is pathetic, the staff is unhelpful, not enough attendants to help the customers, the 2 woman behind the till is useless and at 06h10 ignoring the customers, walking around.... NOTHING IS AS BAD AS BEING IGNORED WHEN YOU IN A HURRY TO GET TO WORK!@!!!!!! WAKE UP OR SELL OUT!!!!
