Stayed in the presidential suite and it was amazing! Huge spacious bedroom fully equipped with everything you can think of! The bathroom was also big and spacious with a jacuzzi tub 😍

The breakfast was great, the poolside is so refreshing, great service, definitely coming back!!

The rooms where very clean and nice but it didnt look like the one I booked but I liked it and our shower was not working properly

Great service. Great food. Romantic and scenic landscape. Great place for hosting a wedding. Rooms were marvelous. More than expected. Nice romantic deck/patio area outside rooms beautifully and tastefully decorated.

Lovely accommodation and friendly staff

The venue is beautiful and well maintained, we were there for an function so I cant comment on the rooms or hotel. The gardens are in a very good condition and well look after, The buildings are neat and clean looks almost brand new, the bathrooms are also very neat and clean and staff is extremely friendly. Only downside is for functions the parking is limited and i can see that it can cause frustration to the guest stating at the hotel.

We were there for a Team-building session and the hotel was very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice and clean. The conference room was on point. Wi-Fi signal and connectivity was strong. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was not clean and their services was not good, especially their foods.

If you looking for refreshingly exceptional great service all round, from reception to the housekeeping staff, to management and owners, this is the place for you. Nothing was ever too much for them to make our stay as comfortable as possible and every request was welcomed with a smile no matter how big or small.The place is well maintained, very neat and tidy. Very affordable prices and well worth every rand, money well spent! Good conference facilities but needs attention

The room was smaal, the shower still had the previous guests empty bottles in it and the shower tap came off in my hands. After requesting a room upgrade the previous evening I was told the hotel was fully booked, despite being showed to a much better room to use the shower in the morning.

Breakfast for SANBS New Plasma Donors. The staff and food was fabulous. Thank you to Sister Angi from the Benoni Donor Centre for being the wonderful woman you are, you are the best. Thank you to all the other SANBS staff that made the morning so wonderful. The biggest Thank you goes to my beautiful daughter Cherie, who attended the breakfast with me, I had an absolute wonderful time with you and loved having you with me. Suggestion... Reception can do with an upgrade. Rest of the facility is amazing...

Firstly they are disorganized the worse I have ever seen secondly we got a quote for the use of the Garden at R500 an hour just to be told by the co ordinator it is R4500 an hour. They didnt know room rates. With our own photographer. This is daylight robbery. Stay very far away. They dont return messages.And as you can see they also rude... they poor guy at reception didnt know anything. I say no more... the reply is exactly how you are treated when you enter the premises. Rude as Hell... no proffesionalism what so ever.. good thing I never paid for the accommodation.

Absolutely horrible experience! No hot water and when i called the GM he tells me its impossible really? Didnt even call back to apologize or anything. I was then moved to shower in another room of which I forgot my shower items. That afternoon when I asked staff to please get it for me it had gone missing! Dstv didnt work for 2 mornings as well. How do you do business like that will absolutely never stay there again!
