I ordered an inverter from their website. I put my delivery address in and was quoted a delivery fee of R150. I wanted to pay via pay fast but that wouldve cost an extra R262 so did an EFT as requested. Only to receive an email AFTER PAYING to say, actually, the delivery fee was R350 because of the extra weight. Whats the point of quoting for delivery if its going to be wrong in any case. I have requested a refund as its now cheaper to go with another supplier.

Gave a call to confirm order, after it was on hold. Payed for it on Thursday, received it on Tuesday. Roger was extremely helpful.

I reluctantly placed an order on Monday night, after seeing other Google Reviews and that Manhattan Computer Solutions had the best deal for me, but had never ordered from here before. I was pleasantly surprised to get active communication for every step of the process leading up to the delivery this (Wednesday) morning. Purchased the Mecer Lobo inverter.Delivery was 3 days a received it the next day.The unit works perfectly.I didnt receive a confirmation of order/ correspondence after placing the order, but after calling them all was confirmed and tracking number issued.

Fake claim of Free shipping for orders over R10 000.00. Then AFTER full amount (over R10k) has been paid, attempt to extort additional shipping costs claiming the original amount excluded something that was still to be added after, despite multiple specific referenced that orders over R10k qualifyfor FREE shipping. Since they clearly cannot be trusted Ive now canceled the order and requested a full refund. Guess wil see what happens. Apparently theyve had this issue before. Makes me suspect the all great reviews of others here are planted.
