Phoned this morning to ask if they have stock of an item advertised at R124. Yes we have 3 in stock. Great. I ask them keep 1 for me. I am working until 3h00 then I will come through to come buy it. Perfect no problem. Get there this afternoon. They sold the item to someone else. But here is a more expensive one for R149. Yes its only R25 more but now I have used airtime to phone them to check if they have the item in stock. Now drove out petrol to the store. Paid for parking at the mall. Only to now have to pay R25 more. Phone head office and all they can do is for me to now drive back to the same store. Pay for parking again and this to pay R169 for an item they advertised for R124. Or they can now get the item I phoned for this morning in stock again tomorrow so then I have to drive back again tomorrow for the same item.

Staff are very helpfull and friendly and explains everything very good for us. Good service from them. Quality service.

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, bought a product from another branch that was hard to setup and they were willing to even go on teamviewer to help me out.

They have great gaming equipment, its just a little too costly though.

The staff was fairly friendly but didnt seem like they were in the mood to do any work. When I went there they took over 1.5 hours to only do something that couldve taken 15 minutes. As per always matrix is overpriced for most of their items but it made more sense to drive to a shop near me rather than driving to the middle of Pretoria to get the item I needed.. Other computer shops like evetech, titan ice and computers only are generally cheaper and have better quality stock and the staff seems to be more efficient and helpful. But in a pinch it wouldnt be so much of a problem to go to this specific store
