I was happy with my shopping but not happy at the tills. They did not help a disable person like me that can not stand long, I just had to stand and wait. I was in terrible pain when I walked out and will not go back there to shop

Bad experience ever.. They forget to remove the tags.. The next thing when get there to ask them to remove them they tell you stories.. Their supervisor is very rude.. I wonder how he got the position if he doesnt know how to treat customers!

Extremely dangerous place to try and shop safely. Shoppers lifes are at risk all the time. Safety is non-existent. More than 80 % of the staff not wearing any masks at all, although it is a Covid Law. The other staff had their masks hanging and not on their faces as per Covid regulations. No, absolutely no social distancing in the quest and nobody enforcing the Covid regulation. The staff actually thought it is a very big joke. It for sure is not a joke putting others lives at risk. When this shop close for non-compliance or even all staff being sick, you as Ackermans must realize why it happened and by your own non-compliance

Not enough tellers, popped in on Friday and the Tell point is very slow and only 3 tellers, price are good and well stocked

Service as bad as can be. Tellers slow, talking to each other laughing while the que gets longer and longer, happened on three different visits. No variety in the stock they have hate everything about that store

If you want to test your patience, you should visit this store. Pathetic bunch of people working at the paypoints. More interested in talking with their co-workers than serving customers. Seems like a long que is one of their KPIs. The longer the que, the better.

They have a wide range of fashion clothing and the best part is when getting to the tills, the staff are always friendly even when having dealt with some difficult shoppers they still have a smile when assisting you.

The service is kak,a guy called Victor was notnhelp at all,very bad attitude and refused to assist his new stuff who had absolutely no idea how to do a ceedcr refund.Will never go back there again.
