I went to buy a cellphone and one of the stuff told me that I needed to wait for about 30mins if I dont mind. luckily theres Ackermans right on the side of her store

Staff attitude is a huge problem. If you dont greet first? They hardly make eye contact simple coz theyre more busy with they own conversation with a colleague. What happened to whats called customer service?? Its long gone but my question here is. How do this people even get to be employed at such stores? EMBARRASSING 🧠

This must be the most chaotic store I have ever been to. Its messy and untidy. Huge burglar bars to safeguard the tills to the point that some of the purchases does not fit into the tray to be rung up. This store is dirty! I will not visit this store again!

It doesn’t help pep has standards and the staff just really just do wat they feel like look at you like you are a criminal and noy to mention nou manners or communication skills what so ever. Closing 30-45 min before time and don’t even get me started on n opening time. Please sort out your staff an stat getting the fundamentals right. Time and right work efficacy time is money

The services is terible we had to stand in a cue for almost have a hour before we could pay becouse there is just 2 people yo help you there at the tills

Crime Alert: I failed to withdraw money from the ATM. My favourite brand was grind off or robbed money.NB. Tips please dont ever try to withdraw money from ATM if is night.
