Just love Builders Express Sunward Park, it is my here-you-get-everything store! Hubby and I were browsing through the paint section and Johan, a paint rep quickly and efficiently assisted us. Got some expert advice and info from him on the specials on Duram exterior paints! Its great to speak to someone who knows his paints!

Its expensive, bought a blade knife for R40 only to get it 29 at shoprite, scrapper 63mm for R45 and it was R29 at shoprite

I want to compliment the branch manager from Builders Sunward Park. She is one amazing person and always handle my queries and needs very professionally. The cashiers is also so friendly and greets everyone with a smile. The wood department staff is also very helpful and professional. All my requirements get always treated with perfection and dont forget the small gentleman in the tool department, always close by and helpful in dash of speed. This is a great team which is lead by a great manager. Well done to the team and the manager of BUILDERS SUNWARDPARK, keep up with the great service.

I go here when my nearest builders express does not have what i am looking for. Everything you can expect to find at a express store is usually here. Service is great too, staff are helpful. 👍🏽

My son and I came to your store on the 17th of August 21 , firstly when we asked for the isle for rawbolts the person didnt know what we were talking about , then a 2nd assistant tried to assist us , we wanted rawbolts with a steel drill bit along with a 2nd drill bit to be bigger than the 1st so we could screw the raw bolts in with a tube spanner which the assistant didnt know what a tube spanner was either , we also asked for a masonry drill bit for the size raw bolt that we ordered...everything that was purchased was the wrong size and we ended up going to Mica where we were greeted at the door and assisted right away without waiting for someone to do us a favor and serve us ....What a waste of time and money ....

This place service is worse that kak. There is no other place in the world that can copare with their kak service.

I have phoned before I send my son to buy the advertised ava radiant heater and gas in one. They said there is stock in Sunward at the warehouse. But there is none, neither in Kempton park. Im paying R1000 more for Gold air. Cannot say Im impressed. The main reason for purchasing the heater was because of my disease thats why I confirmed if there was stock. Cant give you stars.

Bad customer experience. The staff were not helpful at all. They were standing around and having chats with fellow colleagues and when I enquired about barge board joiners, they just pointed in the aisle direction I should go instead of going with to help .Eventually I was sent to the help desk where the lady told me to go to the back end of the store near the paint section and that is where I lost my cool and complained about their customer service .If this is what your shop personifies as customer service, then that is the last time I am walking through your doors.

Often sold out of the thing you need obviously because many others need the same thing. Hey Builders, if you are selling out of something find out why and order more if there a trend.

Builders stock level on Keyes you want to cut is depleting so where do we go now to cut gate security keyes?

It is like pulling teeth.Staff slow to respond or understand if you can find one to assist. Never have stock on the little things, builders has become expensive.

The assistant wasnt happy with my reason for returning a product - when I asked her if I should rather lie, she said yes. I have never!I overheard her say to her colleague, beneath her breath, that they were going to waste my time with the return. My wife and went shopping at other stores in the centre and when I returned no less than 30 minutes later, I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to conclude my return.Shocking experience.

Some items sold here are not always up to standard and the on floor service is pathetic. Hardly ever any sales personnel available to assist when you cannot find an item. Wanted to by a nipple for some plumbing job a while back and the sales person thought the sample I showed him was a spark plug spanner. Did not know what I was talking about at all.

Ive placed an online order with this outlet. Well, two weeks later, Im still waiting for my delivery... It seems that the sundial is faulty possibly due to the weather. This seems to have had a serious impact on the staffs ability to address this issue...

Arriving at the tiil to pay after filling up the gas bottle the cashier said we need a slip from reception. I went to reception and asked for a slip for filling up the gas bottle. She then referred me back to the cashier. After about 10 minutes back and forth and the 2 just starring at each other the cashier went to reception. Then they involved the security guard who is now trying to see who filled the bottle. After another 10 minutes the cashier eventually went on to the receptions computer and printed a slip. The reception lady was just standing with her back bend and arms resting her head. No interest and smiling. Bad service. Will never go there again. I work for a big construction company and on Monday moving our business to Mica. BAD SERVICE
