The BEST place to enjoy a meal with your family and friends. The service was 100% and the food was the BEST. The staff always there to meet you and the manager the best in the west.

Top Notch Buffet meals I always enjoy my time at the Boma eat as much as you can.

The service receive was very poor. The quality of the food was poor and not close to acceptable standards. The Personnel on duty at the Reception Desk was rude and not helpful. We made a reservation in the begining of May 2013 already for June 2013 for 60 persons. We were told that the cost will be R115.00 per person and that no deposit will be needed. On the Sunday before the event we went to the Boma again to check if everything was still in order and was told that everything was in order and that we do not need to worry about anything. The Tuesday we were phoned and told that we cant have the space we booked because we needed to pay a deposit as the guy who made the booking made an error. At first we were told that the deposit needed to be paid the following day and that it was not refundable. After discussions the Management said that they will deduct the deposit from the outstanding amount. After the event when we received the final account an amount of more than R700-00 was added to the account as Gratuity. This was never discussed with us and we were never informed that this amount will be levied on our account. The attitude of the Management of Boma Boksburg was unacceptable and the food was below standard. Most of the guests was also complaining about this. The waiters really went out of their way to assist and their service was excellent. I will however never make use of this venue again and I will never recommend it to anyone else. The hygiene in the toilets was disgusting. It was very dirty and smelly and there was some diswashing liquid in a little bowl to wash your hands with.

This is just a warning to everyone using cash cards to pay at the Boma.My family and i went for dinner at the Boma on Saturday night. Firstly their food was not up to standard. Then when it came to payment. I asked if i could use my card. A lady then tool my bank card and used it under the table at the reception. I am not the type of person who goes out often. So after dinner my family and i went straigh home. Yesterday moning the bank sent me texts informing me that R2100 had been withdrawn from my card. At the FNB ATM right opposite the BOMA. And at that point i had the card with me. My meal cost R1900 and i paid R1000 Cash and R900 Card.The food was crap and service was worse...I would like to warn everyone to ask for their cards to be used where they can see it or else they will lose money. Boma food standards have dropped so low and a meal that cost 1900 has now cost me about 4000....
