The facilities are awesome but I was a bit disappointed with the service at Ster-kine! But beyond this I enjoyed my time here.On the spiral upward to the parking, I recommend that the put a no forward sign so you dont find yourself reversing because nothing indicated that the parking at the top is closed beforehand.

This place got lot of activities guys...there are rides for kids and adults..after playing or before you can get your self some food as there are different resturants inside.....some of activities you can do with your friends or family even lovers are go carting, ten pin bowling and some rides where you purchase a ticket to ride them....As this place is a casino even you who loves casinos will recommend you to come and play as the place is huge ....Had a fantastic and memorable day at carnival city will definitely come again for ten pin bowling it was fun to play it as it was my first time......

Lots for the kids to do. Movies 🎬 have a kids cinema 🎥 with a slide so kids dont have to be still. The games have bowling and Lazer tag. There is a mini funfair outside with Go-Karts. Very nice for lunch and some fun.

Carnival city is a nice place with lots of entertainment, great for family fun... I enjoyed my visit there and will definitely go back soon. Another thing about this place is that it is not expensive, you just pay for the activities that youll do only and they have various fast food outlets

Played 5 machines R7000 and none of them even keeped me busy. And then you get the followers that put R100 in the machine and they win R2000.

Spend so much money to go there - only to be treated so badly? Are you only worthwhile if you are gambeling? We came with kids to have fun - spent in excess of R250 per head, only to leave disspointed because of the go-carts and their RUDE staff.

Was there for a breakfast meeting, I gather people dont visit the place that early as 98% or the places were still closed 🤔 rather dissapointing.

Carnival City is a wonderworld for any first time visitors looking too unwind and try their luck at the huge casino. There is two hotels here to suit any budget. With a large arcade to keep the kids busy. There is a Cinima complex inside for movie lovers as well as a Bowling alley.There are several fast food outlets to choose from as well as upmarket restaurants and a favourite South African family restaurant.Close proximity to the airport and the East Rand Mall for your travel and shopping needs.Carnival City comes highly recommended.

I went there on the long weekend of 24 September 2021. And I must say with the casino machines they really need to upgrade and also have more fruit machines as most of certain type machines was broken on screen or machine was faulty. I didnt enjoy my birthday weekend at all there. It really needs an upgrade in pairing the place as well. Its looks old and very dirty walls.

Besides the closing time everything is good and the service, if things can go back to normal I will be more appreciated

The building itself has seen better days, but it doesnt take away from the fun you can have here.I took a bunch kids for Magic Company arcade games, Slush puppies and lunch.Even though there were hundreds of people in a small, it was still a fun experience.

Really smart. To say wonderful, is also good. A truly nice and pleasant experience. Sadly, as usual, I never scored an eventful money making outing. Ive always been on the losing streak. Always. The machines should gear themselves to make me a happy jackpot winner. Perhaps someday soon. Viva Carnival.

Fairly okay. Not too many restaurants, food court is very small. Lots of fun games.

Carnival City is an appropriate name, almost boastfully so. The carnival theme exudes glee and forces you into a joyful mood that makes you never want to leave. The casino is the main attraction and rightfully so. But the food court is filled with our eatery favourites and the entertainment is of amazing quality. There is always something happening but the downside is that it is always packed.

Its very cozy for an outing and very fun games. Cinema and restaurants service is out of this world. Lovely is all i can say

I really dont know how to rate you. We eat at Panaroties. Food and service was amazing. We then went to play bowling on the arcade side. But the toilets we had to use on that side was disgusting. No locks on the doors. One tap on the hot water side not working. It was freezing. Washing with soap on cold water cause the inside of the hot water tap was lying in the basin. It was sick man. Everything else was good but the second busiest part of your place from the casino is the arcade and you cant look after the toilets. One word of advice. Go to sun city or Monty. Its world class for the kids. Yours was the worst iv ever seen!!! Upgrade it man. It shows you only care for the casino not the kids side!!!!!! If i new i was going to get this message i would have taken photos.

Had a chilled time here with family. 2nights stay for my bday. Our suite was awesome. My mom loved it too (and shes very fussy) Full breakfast was served in our suite for two mornings.. It was scrumptious to say the least. (buffet style 😍😋)

I always enjoy Carnival casino but there are not enough cleaners sanitizing the machines! You are lucky if you do see one. There are buckets with do it yourself wipes but even around the machines it is filthy.

Place has turned into a white elephant. We went to milky lane insidr of the casino. Friendly and efficient staff. Lovely waffles.

Its a very fun place to spend time with family gamble and play games but, I rated 4 stars because its very pricey.You pay R2 for one coin to play games and to get decent prizes you need a lot of tickets, its always worth the money.

Thought it would be a decent 2nd stop for the day. Finding the way to the kids area and playgrounds was hard to follow the signage. Parents couldnt ride on the train with our 2yr old. Just got told no. No explanation nothing. Person was very disrespectful. The other gentleman on the other rides were more understanding and happy to assist. Pricing on the rides is borderline ripoff.When leaving security do not understand how a keyless start works on a car and became very rude towards myself and my family. We will not be going back to this so called family entertainment spot again anytime soon.

Went to the movies. The movie was only playing at the cinema at Carnival.Place was very quiet. Was not prepared to gamble. End up losing , like on 2 last occasions visited. Ordered a takeaway and drove home.

Wow it was a great day out with the kids. Entertainment and rides were enjoyable for the little ones. I would go back.
