The best barbershop I know.... Great service

They cut like they use a rotten piece of polony the barbers are rude and I would not recommend that they follow covid protocols because theyre place is dirty would not recommend them

I was happy at The Bornfree Barbers until 2 barbers had a conversation about me in Afrikaans(assuming that I dont understand). The one barber asked the other if hes going to cut me a dapper fade and the other barber replied, ah this one, for what? this shows that not every customer is not treated equally and barbers have their preferred or favorite clients regardless of how loyal you may have been to the barbershop. Customer service from the Xhosa lady with the lisp is also very poor. Service is one of the most vital aspects of business. If The Bornfree Barbers had this, they would also be running to one of the biggest brands in Africa.

The money that I paid for the haircut (fade) last Friday was worth. They guys know what they are doing.

The one Xhosa lady that works here is super rude. Get rid of the Xhosa lady! Poor customer care.
