I went there with my 2 sons to get their hair cut. There was no one at reception when we got there, so we didnt quite know how their process works. Had to interrupt the barbers who were busy doing others hair to find out what the process is. They also play music very loud, so you have to shout for them to hear you. We sat there for almost 2 hours with no hair cut to show for it. No one came to us to let us know that they won’t be getting to cut their hair. Their queuing system is horrible.

If you are keen on wasting your Saturday try this Legend Barber. The staff are so slow. Half of the time they are on their phones or found to be in their storeroom. The worst client service ever.

I love the service although I feel there needs to be a system in place for people who are still far behind in the line.

Worst experience ever poor haircut the store had no chemicals no powder no dye no after shave even spirit nje.. fokolThey didnt even have a razor blade for the face cut such a disappointment definitely not going back there again.

I went to this barbershop with my 2 sons sat there from 12h00 and 17h00 tan the coloured guy came to tell us they are closing. My question to him was why didnt he tell us earlier he said he was usy thereafter he ignored us and went to take out empty boxes in the store room.I spoke to the lady at Reception and she also took us from pillar to post then we left with our hair not cut.

The store was said yo open at 9am. People were queing long before 8am. The staff casually arrived at 9:00. So store only started operating at 20 minutes after 9. Only 2 barbers were there. Another 2 arrived only at 09:45.

The lady at reception is the worst she answered the phone like she was sleeping its like customers are forcing her to talk,wanted to know if we should book an appointment or they take walk ins.she started screaming for no reason some people are not serious about their jobs really .

Busy but worth the wait, the barbers are on another level 💇‍♂️ Confidence overload when you walk out of there🤑🤑

Awesome. Though I wasnt completely satisfied with the guy who was cutting my sons hair as he shouted at him to be still and wasnt satisfied with the outcome as well. But other wise the other employees were good. And the environment was cool.

They need a better system for queues and this back of the row mess. One barbar shouted out the shop to customers that they need get cut but theyre the ones who take forever to complete hairstyles.. Queuing for an hour or more isnt on the client anymore but their service

Very talented barbers, my only complaint is that I was pushed back. My hairline arches inwards it doesnt run straight across, all you had to do was to go according to the hairline without pushing it too much... the fade was extremely clean though 🔥 but unfortunately the line up ruined it for me

Legends Barber is a rip off.I was a first time client 19th December 2019. I honestly thought Id receive a really good haircut. However, what I received was horrible. The three hour wait was definitely not worth it.It was clearly a poor fade which was covered in legendary powder and holding gel which comes off the next day. Its the first and the last time I pay 200 rand for a haircut. Worst experience Ive ever had. Im never going back.

I waited for about 2 hours (the lady at the front desk said she had been skipping my name on the register for some odd reason) I was very irritated, but eventually when I was appointed a barber (Thamsanqa) I got eased. He was very friendly and gave me a bomb haircut.
