The complex is well maintained. Just need to be upgraded for kids area. But driving in and out is a serious issue. An security is just OK, just need a bit of improvement.

This complex is very nice and secure mostly for young adults and start up family home low levy and rates under market value. Close to the East Rand Mall and some of the best primary schools a High school and a Damelin College. Down the road from international Airport R21 and and N12 road

Clean and safe complex with enough parking, pools and play areas. Traffic in and out is a serious issue since the the exit gate was closed and security personnel reduced.

Nice home cooked meals.

Noisy, dirty. Kids play in the parking area shouting and screaming everyday in front of your window. My car got scratched several times and the body corporate was not helpful at all. Security guards have bad attitudes. Only one gate to enter and exit after the gate motor was stolen and still not replaced after 9 months. Traffic build up in the streets. Strangers will just tailgate you or walk in and the security does nothing. I will never recommend this place to anyone it does not even deserve a 1 star

Run by druglords like most complexes. The body corporates needs to shape up. It is just.a shame
